Upon entering the building, I was met by Darrell Johnson. I felt like I had known him already. He was professional and so down to earth. I wanted a specific vehicle in a specific color. I was advised that I may possibly have an extended waiting period. Darrell obtained the vehicle in 1 week! I also met Sammy, the Finance mgr. Conversing with him was like speaking to my best friend. Car buying can be a nerve wrecking experience, but this one was truly enjoyable.

Our experience w/Tom Harmon at Priority Lexus of Virginia Beach was excellent. Tom is a veteran of his profession. You can benefit from this… we did. We took 4 months to make a final decision. Tom was always there to help & answer our questions without “chasing” us. When it came time to buy, we had to order the car we wanted. Tom pursued multiple sources & locations to get us exactly the car we wanted. During the time we were waiting, Tom kept us up to date and was proactive by identifying all the steps we could take care of in advance of delivery. When the car finally arrived we have a 1st class experience as Tom took the time to explain the cars many features.
